Jeremy was quite literally an answer to prayers! Absolutely the ideal guy, both in personality and expertise, to walk us through the process of becoming first time home buyers. Our story was remarkable in how quick and painless the home buying process was. My husband got a big raise on a Thursday that made owning our first home suddenly seem within reach. That Saturday night we pressed the “request a tour” button on Zillow for a house we really liked. We were matched with Jeremy for a tour that next day. Jeremy was just the right agent for us as first time buyers. He exuded kindness and patience as well as the confidence we needed about each step. Not only that, but this first house (our first ever open house) seemed like just the right fit for us and our two toddlers as well. We told him “if we only had pre-approval” we would put in an offer today. The next day Jeremy connected us with a mortgage broker he often works with. He pre-approved us that day. By Tuesday we submitted our first offer. After one point of negotiation on Wednesday, on Thursday we had an accepted offer. We had the keys to our first home within 3 weeks of attending our first open house and Jeremy held our hands every step of the way. Jeremy is so kind, so knowledgeable about the home buying process as well as home maintenance, repair, design. He spent over an hour going item-by-item on our home inspection, talking about which items would be priority, which kinds of contractors to look for, what questions to ask, how much to budget. Seriously, a Godsend. Now that we have been in our new home almost a month and Jeremy has long since made his commission on the sale, he continues to check in with us and genuinely cares about out process of making our house (which we love) a home. Not only that, but Jeremy has been incredibly enjoyable to work with and we would be honored to consider him a friend.
